• Confirmation of legal ownership on company letterhead
• Board of Directors resolution on company letterhead
• Enlarged passport photocopy
• Executive summary/client info
• Name of banker holding instrument and contact info
• Bio on your company
• Accounts Statement (for CMOs)
• Submit and verify instrument
• Term sheet issued with condition list
• Conditions verified
• Close in 2 weeks after last condition is met
