- Interest rate: Libor 30-day Index Rate
- Term: 60 months
- Equity participation: up to 10%
- Brokerage points: 4%
- Loan to value: 80% - 100%
- Demographics: US and International, where legal for the US to do business. Exclusion: we do not loan to exploit the human condition, e.g. Gambling, pornography, human services, trade, etc.
- Due diligence/close of escrow timeframe: If your application is complete, due diligence within weeks, funding within 60 days if approved
