Proof of validation includes the following documents;

2. Appraisals of properties no more than 90 days old
3. How was valuation determined?
4. Proof of income streams; if properties are rented, how much do they rent for and are payments on time or delinquent?
5. In the event that interest rates have changed, what/why/when are terms?
6. Are these 1st or 2nd mortgages?
7. Does the purchase amount differ from the original note amount?
8. Is this a purchase or rehab property?
9. Are these owner occupied?
10. What is name/address/phone# of originator?
11. What is loan balance?
12. Are these your assets? If no, explain.
